First, open your MetaMask wallet and switch the network to Binance Smart Chain. You can see your balance here.

Second, Switch to the browser and enter the platform URL https://dapp.fch-farm.cash/farms in the search box. Then you can see the operation interface.

切换到浏览器，并在搜索框内输入平台网址https://dapp.fch-farm.cash/farms 然后您就可以看到操作界面了。

Click “connect” and select “MetaMask”

Three pools here. The first one is FCH POOL.

From now on, the FCH you are staking start earning for you! If you want to withdraw the balance to your balance, click “Harvest”.

Adjust the staking amount via the plus and minus buttons.
